Stretch marks tend to appear in areas such as your legs, buttocks, and breasts. They are the result of abrupt and sudden changes in your weight (whether if you lose weight or gain weight) or pregnancy. They can be difficult to completely disappear, but there are many natural treatments to reduce stretch marks that are very effective.
Avocado based treatments
Avocado makes some of the best natural treatments to reduce the stretch marks because it hydrates your skin, makes it more elastic, and heals cracks. Here we leave you three different treatments made with avocado.
You can mix 1/2 avocado, 1 leaf of aloe vera, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Take the avocado, the crystals of the aloe vera leaf, and the olive oil and blend until you get a very soft paste. Make circular massages in the affected areas for 20 minutes and then remove with cold water. The avocado and aloe vera regenerate your tissues and stop stretch marks.
You can also make a cream with 1/2 avocado, 2 tablespoon of oats, and 2 teaspoons of almond oil. Make a paste and apply just like the previous treatment. When it’s time to rinse it, do so with warm water.
To prepare the third cream has you need an avocado, honey, and lemon. Just like the previous creams, mix all the ingredients on a blender or by hand, until you get a very smooth consistency. It is applied in the affected areas and allowed to act for ten or twenty minutes, after which it is removed with plenty of warm water.
Beets are popular for being rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. They have a deep and dark purple color that tends to stain everything they touch. It is because of this quality that they make great natural treatments to reduce stretch marks.
If your stretch marks are white, you must take the shells of 5 beets, those of 5 peaches, and the heart of 1 carrot. Blend everything together and apply this cream over your stretch marks.
The last of the natural treatments to reduce stretch marks is a simple carrot cream that only requires one ingredient. You must apply this cream over your stretch marks in a gentle massage at least twice a week.
Put a carrot to steam until it is smooth and then make a puree. Apply on the affected areas and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse it with cold water because hot water damages your skin, especially if you have stretch marks.
